For the blog visitor that came here "unknown", from a computer presumably in Germany or with German enabled as the primary language, my paternal family is Frisian Dutch. Mijn Vader's familie floated over on a boat about four generations (my great-great-great grandparents) ago, married mostly Dutch (or German, or Teutonic) peoples, reproduced prolifically (each family had five or six kids), and here I sit, in the sordid burg of Longview, WA, writing this.
I don't have my Blogger profile as public, due to previous abuses of it by members of the Trolls With Wooden Spoons site. I'm surprised they never lifted images off of my Myspace page, which is free and open. But they did so off of my Facebook profile. And then manipulated them in disgusting ways. And then one of them threatens to tell the site owner about how I "admitted to taking pictures of them from their site and manipulating them"-- read, it's public, for anyone on that site to see. And those pictures were of the gathering where they were harassing me. Pot calling the kettle black, eh?
If you're doing it yourself first, and it's just in good fun, and then it's done to you, but it's the worst thing known to man, then you're operating under double standards, and cyberstalking/harassment to boot. Because that's what cyberstalkers/cyberharassers DO. So to the TWWS board, "fuck off." I'm going to enjoy getting that injunction in federal district court and shutting your pathetic site down. It has caused grief for many. It caused grief for Alex when it was pointed out to him. So be forewarned, your web hosting company is going to be notified. You could have them paid until eternity, you could be sleeping with the owner, and they would still be completely powerless to refund your money when the court order comes down. I will take schadenfreude from doing so.
Don't screw with people who studied Business in Oklahoma. They don't like it. People will refer to them as "assholes" or "bitches" behind their backs. And they won't care, because you learn from the best in the business (and if you're talking the best in the oil sector, they're at Oklahoma State U in Stillwater, however, I know what goes on there, I did it myself, and I also was known to patronize Eskimo Joe's and also a few bars in Norman, home of the U of Oklahoma), and you just learn things well. Besides, you survive a summer or a winter in Oklahoma, and you're one tough cookie. What you don't melt off in the summer, walla, you WILL freeze off in the winter. LOL.
