Opened back up

This board is opened back up, because I won't live my life looking over my shoulder. I won't give a shit about what crap is being said behind my back by nothings of people who have nothing better to do than anonymously harass individuals that they don't know, will never meet, and are doing so from behind a computer screen.

If you asked me, and should not, the Trolls With Wooden Spoons board is chock full of women (and men) who really are sociopaths. Not all of them are; there are some kindred spirits there, including a woman named "Ginger" who clued me on to them. To engage in the sort of systemic harassment that they have of me over the past year is totally uncalled for. If I had PERSONALLY wronged each and every one of them, I would expect to be treated like the excrement that they threw at and about me. To create fake profiles with MY images, superimposed on other bodies, and then to say, "oh yeah, we're covered, it's free speech", well, they're wrong. Even if it doesn't violate legal statutes (and it does, in several jurisdictions, from the state in which I live,, Washington, to the state in which Veronica Nichols, aka, "Maia Sayet" lives, California, to the state in which the web browsing host company is, Texas, in addition to federal law, because it crosses state lines-- not to mention the international ones), it violates all laws of human dignity and decency. And to think the reason it started was over a FACEBOOK game, Sorority Life. I kid you not.

The country of Libya has greatly transformed in the past year. The "old guard" of Muammar Gaddafi is gone, dead and buried in a secret, unmarked grave, and a whole generation and a half of Libyans who had not known "freedom" is free to express themselves without having to worry about "The Brother Leader" taking offense and turning them into "poofers". Several of his sons have also met their ends during this conflict. This will sound callous, but I firmly believe that "you live by the sword, you die by the sword" and "you reap what you sow." Yes, that is Biblical, it's in Proverbs. Where, exactly, I cannot say at the moment; I have a raging migraine. Many of my Libyan friends did not feel empowered to share what life was REALLY like until Tripoli fell. And then some of us did have disagreements, based on our personal philosophies on law and order and a strong belief in justice. Yes, mob mentality took over in certain things. I found the videos of Gaddafi's death to be disturbing. As disturbing as videos coming out of Syria of the atrocities committed by Bashar Al Assad and the Syrian regime, the beheadings of "rebels"-- though many rebels are innocent women and children. It doesn't surprise me that one of the countries that we shipped people to for "extraordinary rendition" was, for many years, Syria, because while they ARE a signatory to the Geneva Conventions, they often ignore many of its precepts, and have a very interesting interpretation of human rights and dignity. The same can be said for Libya under Gaddafi... especially such notorious events as the Abu Salim Prison Massacre in 1996. A good article on that can be found here-- http://www.andyworthington.co.uk/2011/03/02/how-the-abu-salim-prison-massacre-in-1996-inspired-the-revolution-in-libya/

Anyways, God Bless You All, even my "enemies" that are coming here for more ammunition in which to perpetuate their harassment of my person. You can disagree with me, I don't mind. I welcome it even. But to do what the TWWS board has done goes beyond "disagreements" into actual criminal behavior. It's sickening. It's cruel. And if it were done to THEM, they'd be crying FOUL, but they see ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with doing it to someone else. Double standards much? And may God be with Libya, for she needs Him more than ever at this time, to protect and to guide her in this new era.
