Humm small world A man by the name of Adel Belazi went to college with me. He was my husbands roomate and was from Libya. Could this be the same man if so I would love to contact him.
I was detained in every airport I went through especially on the way back at amsterdam what would a woman with five kids alone be doing?

I don't have any personal way of contacting Mr. Belazi, although you could always try doing a Lycos People Search or a Yahoo People Search.... and ask if he was your classmate way back when.

And yes, it's a small world, getting smaller with the Internet. I've met people I'm happy to know, and some I wish I'd never been acquainted with....

I think the airport security is necessary, but the racial profiling aspect of it is NOT. A terrorist can look like ANYONE, there's no set guideline to tell who is and who isn't. The OKC Murray Federal Building bombing proved that. So have countless other attacks by domestic terrorists. To profile a certain race or ethnic background, along with religion, IS WRONG. That's what I was trying to say, since some people here missed the point entirely!
